A local favourite vintage hunting duo has set up shop at Lüt Boutique until August 8th, 2013. The lovely ladies of Hey Jude, Lyndsey Chow and Lauren Clark, are making their well curated vintage pieces more accessible to the general public for the next two and a half weeks. The collection, aptly named the Lolita Collection, offers sixty handpicked pieces which will be replenished as they get sold off. Lyndsey and Lauren have a keen eye for spot on vintage pieces that can be integrated seamlessly into your wardrobe. Any piece you pick can add a unique spark to any outfit. Minor customizations are made to most of the pieces that totally elevate the item to the next trend level.

Such a fitting setting to have their collection displayed, Lüt Boutique carries local and international brands for him and her. The boutique is well stocked with beautiful items. It’s no wonder Hey Jude would be featured in the boutique as the owner, Jennifer, is one stylish and amazing lady herself. Hurry there to get your hands on one (or more!) of these amazing pieces, as they are one of a kind and will no doubt go very fast.

My most favourite pieces. Look how amazing this sheer kimono is!

The knot is everything I love about this shirt. Imagine over a maxi dress or high-waist disco pants. Perfection.

If you can’t make it out to Vancouver to shop this pop up, you can also check out Hey Jude online. Be sure to keep up with both Lüt Boutique and Hey Jude via social media for more on upcoming events and pop ups!

About the author

I love fashion and style. What I choose to wear has become my creative outlet. The power of fashion has always fascinated me. It’s amazing how an article of clothing can elicit a full range of emotional responses from both the wearer and wearee. Not too long ago, I was introduced the wonderful world of thrift shopping. Not only do I get to satisfy my inner hunter, I also save massive coin while doing it. There is also such a charm to working with ill-fitted pieced of vintage item. Needless to say, I was soon addicted. The best part, the proceeds from thrift stores all benefit charitable causes; virtually eliminating any feeling of guilt, or buyer's remorse. I am my canvas, and style is my paint brush.
